[SOLUCIONADO] Regalo esta RECHAZADO

Hi, i've got sms that i have 30GB as regalo and replyed  on this sms with "OK" , but i did not get this 30gb, and i see that the status of this regalo is "RECHAZADO". I did nit refuse this regalo. Why it is noted as "REFUSED"? I'd like this regalo of 30gb, please add it to my data.

En la web pone que puedes aceptar el premio llamando al 1211 o la web de la promoción. Prueba con esas vías si no han pasado 7 días desde la recarga. Si no, no podrás hacerlo.
