I'm reposting my issue as I got a useless answer which got automatically "solucionado" previously.

I moved out of my appartment.

I want to close my internet account with orange.es

I called 1470, it doesn't work, it requires to call from an Orange phone number which I DON'T HAVE obviously as I moved out of the appartment (My mobile phone number is from another company with no connection to Orange).

I went to the Orange store in Badalona, they told me to **bleep** off.

I went to the Orange store in Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya), they told me to call 900906121. I get a message "Informcaion movistar, esta accion no esta disponible".

Can I get a reply from someone who has a single clue of what's going on?

Yes, to call 1470 you need a Spanish number, The alternative numbers for the customer client support service (the department that can help you with the cancellations) are +34 656 001 470 for Spanish support and +34 695 911 900 for English, German and French.
